"Gets the job done. Staff are friendly. Food is expensive. But room was clean overall"

"The staff are very attentive, and professional. Customer service is the gold standard."

"Pure bliss!"

"Excellent! Close proximity to Ala Moana Mall and Magic Island. The staff is amazing!"

"Excellent staff, always helpful and friendly, seemed like they were there before I asked. The phone in our room was down for the first 5 days of our visit. Otherwise all good."

"We love this hotel! 3rd time back since our honeymoon and it was our son first time in Hawaii! We were there celebrating our 10 year anniversary and our son turning 4 years old! Although for the most part we enjoyed our stayed. We just wished we were informed about it being pride week and that the hotel would be hosting a pool party because we might have picked a different week to stay there since the pool area was pretty wild crazy and to much for my son to be around. Also during our stay...

"Very clean hotel, super friendly staff, service was excellent. I would stay again!"

"Everything was super amazing! The beach is less than a 10 minute walk, and the hotel provides towels that you can swap whenever! Staff was super helpful from check in to the valet staff that just made my husband and i feel super special. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and when we were too lazy to walk to the beach the pool was just as amazing! I am giving 4/5 stars solely because i feel as if $60 per night for valet is a little over the top especially having to tip each pickup…"

"The staff were amazing but they definitely Need to remodel there rooms they are like a motel 6 rooms but just in front of the beach as a contractor the rooms are very poor and the bathtub seemed like water got inside the actual tub and there was weak points a wrong step and your foot will Go threw the tub"

"Walking distance from Cruise terminal. Room was a suite - excellent. Easy to catch a ride to anywhere on the island"
