"Lovely spa, stunning views from the hotel and great location close to Glasgow airport. Hotel staff very accommodating, allocating bedrooms for family close to one another."

"The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. "Very close to the airport. The hotel is in the airport grounds. Therefore, when we dropped off my wife to check in with the luggage, I had to pay to exit the parking. Nobody told me this at check-in. The window in the room was stuck open making the room very noisy. The only good thing about this place is the proximity to the airport and the price was reasonable"

"Good location - easy walk to the loch and a restaurant next door. Room felt a bit dated and shabby - there were no luggage racks, the window wouldn’t open, the main light didn’t work. Staff were efficient and friendly. Fine for one night. Note: you need to put your room key in a wall slot to get electricity in the room."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. The threshold to the bathroom was an impediment"

"Great Stay Very impressive "

"They were above & beyond for our anniversary got complimentary breakfast which was stunning stayed in maldron a lot even other places in uk spotlessly clean canot fault them at all 💖"

"Room was clean but small. Mattress and pillows not that great."

"Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room."

"Great location. Great amenities. Rooms were large. Staff were very friendly."

"Enjoy staying with friends. Everyone loved. Nice hotel"
