"The property was in excellent condition and excellent location on the riverfront and easy walk to Michigan Ave shops and restaurants. The only downside is that this whole area is extremely loud well past 3am(loud motorcyclists, cars revving and loud music from passing cars). It was impossible to sleep much, even though the room was new, fresh, and clean. If you're used to city noise, you'll love it!"

"Shower handle could be on cold or hot…no in between-the handle wasn’t tight enough to stay where you set it. Checked in on line “to save time” yet issue when I went to desk for key. Took 20-25 min and we had to wait for a room even thought it was 4pm Parking was awful and expensive. "
