"Atencion lenta y estresada"

"Close to the city center (less than 5 min by car), easy to park and good breakfast; recommended"

"hanno addebitato il costo del soggiorno immediatamente anche se da contratto era da pagare all' arrivo alla struttura"

"The owner of the property was an absolute delight to talk to! The breakfast she personally put together was done very well and was very fresh! We enjoyed the history of her property and her husband with their collection of antique items on property. The history of their business was very interesting to listen to. The room was comfortable and well appointed as well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in."

"Excellent location to airport with free shuttle (limited hours, check the schedule). Good breakfast with choices. Staff are friendly. Stayed twice. the first time room was clean but the toilet was not cleaned (as if someone came into the room to do their business in the toilet and left). Staff aware and offered to change room but I never heard from anyone in management. Second stay, the AC is off by law, room very warm until it cooled off from having the door open. Carpet stained, very few...

"The room was excellent. The mattress extremely comfortable. The location was good. Opposite a supermarket and a walk to restaurants etc."

"Good place and good staff and Amazing Breakfast"

"Bar food seems like microwave food"

"Our stay was wonderful! We arrived later in the evening and our hosts were extremely patient and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby (Trattoria da Christian) that was possibly the best meal we had in Italy. The property is immaculately clean and the shower was fantastic. We absolutely recommend staying at this property!"

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

"Great clean room, close to the airport, hosts were fast to respond and very helpful!"

"Struttura accogliente e molto pulita: tutto cio' che occorre per una notte di passaggio. Dotata comunque di cucina comune e locale lavanderia, tuttoolto ordinato. Ottima impressione. Grande parcheggio pubblico nei pressi."

"Well set up space for a family of 4. Erika was very responsive and helpful to any of our needs. Lovely spot for easy travel to the highlights in Motor Valley"
