"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "I was with my wife in Apulia for 8 days. We changed the cities every 2-3 days. This apartment was the best one. And the owner was really nice, and recommended us to visit the right places. Many thanks for that. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner and he even reserved the parking lot for us. I recommend everyone to spend the night here in you go to Tarent. Right in the center and quite easy to find a parking place."

"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "

TIt's a working residential/commercial area with a large covered market opposite. closed when we arrrived, but I guesss busy and noisy when open. getting in is a hassle for those not used to smart phones, downloading apps swiping, pin codes and so on.
