"They are very proud of the fact that this an old hotel, but antiques in the room don't matter if the bed isn't very comfortable. The continental breakfast was passable, but the atmosphere reminded me of a funeral parlor, very subdued. What I found most annoying was that the parking gate is locked at 10:00 pm and there is no staff on duty until 7:00 am. We parked in the street and used a pin # to get into the hotel. We hadn't planned to return late, but apparently we wasted too much time enjoying our after dinner cafe and underestimated the 1 1/2 hour drive from the Pyrenee's. We arrived at 10:07 pm. "The room was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. We told her we ate early, not at 7 as was the case there. She was nice enough to order us a delicious dinner that was delivered at 5:30. We were very appreciative. We had to leave early in the morning, 5 am. It was a little strange waking up to a dark building but we figured it out."

"Hotels.com as well as other booking sites (such as Agoda) indicate that this property has a feww shuttle to the airport. But the property does not have a shuttle let alonne a free one. We had to take a taxi (Euro 45) to get to the airport. If not for the false advertising we would have selected a hotel right next to the airport!"
