The staff were excellent and we visited the old part of Lescar which was really stunning with the cobbled streets. There were shopping amenities also on the outskirts.

Selve værelset var fint. I princippet kan man ikke forvente meget mere til prisen. Men jeg har oplevet en del bedre kvalitet på andre hoteller i Pau. Generelt føler man sig ukomfortabel og ikke super sikker på hotellet. Min dør kunne låses, men kunne rykkes meget i, og kunne næsten sparkes op. Derudover var der meget larm og man kunne høre alt der foregik udenfor og på gangen. Men igen, måske man ikke kan forvente mere til den prisklasse - men, jeg har oplevet væsentligt bedre i nogenlunde samme prisklasse

L'hôtel était propre et confortable En revanche j'ai réservé une chambre avec un lit bébé et la demande de lit bébé n'a pas était prise en compte ... Les hôtel Ibis budget n'en tiendrait pas compte sur les demandes en ligne d'après le réceptionniste C'est un gros point noir, et il faut le savoir car ça peut être vraiment très problématique

nous sommes passés avant de nous rendre chez nos amis pour avoir les détails concernant l'entrée à l'hôtel et la clé de la chambre. Ce code ne nous avait pas été donné par mail, et nous ignorions à quelle heure de la nuit nous allions rentrer. rien à dire sur l'état de la chambre et des sanitaires très propres. cependant nous avons été réveillés, et ça vous n'êtes pas responsable, par les clients bruyants et les enfants qui couraient dans le couloir.

Personne à l'accueil pour nous donner les clés. C'était un dimanche. La borne aurait pu le faire si nous avions un numéro de réservation, mais il n'y en avait aucun sur notre espace yhotel.com Nous avons dû recharger nos valises et revenir en soirée pour qu'il y ait quelqu'un pour nous recevoir. A savoir si vous arrivez en journée !
