"After our first night, I knew this was our new “home” whenever we are in Nashville. Attentive staff, clean rooms, good restaurant/bar with amazing entertainment, and to top it off, a shuttle that takes you downtown only a block away from where it’s all happening. The only reason I gave the staff a 4/5 was we did have issues with a couple of staff members at the desk, but I talked to a manager at checkout and it was resolved, which is why I still have the hotel 5/5. Can’t Wait to go back!!"
