"Good location, very close to train station (6-min walk) and ferry (3-4 min walk) Staff is very nice and helpful. I need to catch the train in the morning. The staff helps to open the breakfast line earlier than usual. Plus, there is a variety of breakfast. Room is spacious than expected, clean and neat. Good value of money! "

"This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber)...

The terraced vegetable garden was so beautiful to explore and we enjoyed the pool and the solarium with the hot tub very much. We felt very relaxed while on the Villa. "Immaculately preserved older hotel in the middle of Como activity. Must do lake boat rides are a few minutes away across the street. The hotel dining is better than anything nearby. Great variety for breakfast buffet. "

"Location was great - central to everything. The staff was wonderful - very helpful. Great AC. We didn't realize they didn't have an elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor (which had a lovely view of the lake). They helped with luggage but was a little tough on my old lady knees. We would totally stay there again and highly recommend to everyone who can handle stairs. "
