Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!

The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average. They had fresh squeezed orange juice (they actually had a machine right there). Nice fruits and breads etc. Coffee on order but included. The staff was very helpful. The gentleman at the reception remembered that I inquired about the ferry to go back and informed me early that it had been canceled and what my other options were. Hee was very nice and helpful

This hotel is a gem; with helpful staff and a lakeside location off the main road. It was our first night in Italy and a perfect introduction. Lovely walk along the waterfront and you can get to Villa Balbaniello, but get tickets in advance. We would stay here again anytime.

Lake Como fab location

Fab hotel with parking and near the ferry and walk over to a few restaurants but the restaurant in the hotel is very good and not overpriced. The decor is not the best especially in the ball area they need to change those awful grey chairs but the artwork is fabulous and funky. Overall a good option Leno is a beautiful small town
