"This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. The breakfast and food was very generous and lovely. My room was wonderful! On the water with spectacular views. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The bathroom was perfect!!

"Lovely hotel and grounds.
We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful.
We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening.
The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers.
We don’t eat at the hotel but great coffee is just down the street and there are a few restaurants in either direction.

"Location was great - central to everything. The staff was wonderful - very helpful. Great AC. We didn't realize they didn't have an elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor (which had a lovely view of the lake). They helped with luggage but was a little tough on my old lady knees. We would totally stay there again and highly recommend to everyone who can handle stairs. "

"The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. "
"Our family had an incredible stay at this property. The views and the property itself were breathtaking! The terraced vegetable garden was so beautiful to explore and we enjoyed the pool and the solarium with the hot tub very much. We felt very relaxed while on the Villa.
