"Beautiful hotel on the lake, many rooms with balconies over the water. Spotlessly clean, all new fixtures and furniture, one of the best and most comfortable beds I've slept in. Breakfast was amazing, omelettes freshly cooked for you and the best fruit, vegetables, meats and cheeses not mention a variety of breads, croissants/cornettos and freshly squeezed orange juice. "Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful. "

"The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. "

"While being an older hotel, we were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It felt old world plush. We knew from reviews the beds would be hard (and they were) but we slept very solidly. We loved our balcony although the weather turned abruptly cold the second the sun went down. We arrived after there had been flooding earlier in the week, but it did not affect us in any way. The staff was wonderful. "
