"It’s was a really nice stay and very clean . The room was top 10"

"Room was comfortable and clean, Most of the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was great - clean and perfect temperature. Quite a long wait for room service but decent food when it came. Meeting room on the LG floor was far too cold!! Generally I felt good vibes at this hotel."

"We spent our fourth anniversary at this hotel, and it made the occasion so special. Finding our way was a little tough at first, until someone mentioned using the QR code. With so many restaurants on the grounds, it was hard to choose which ones to try. There's a map showing where they are, but not how to get to each one, so we just asked the staff. They were always helpful and wonderful, and sometimes even took us there. The food exceeded our expectations, and the Tex-Mex restaurant reminded...

"Staff are friendly and helpful."

"The property is undergoing massive reconstruction and renovation. It should be shutdown until the works are done."

"A pleasant stay at Movenpick, the facilities were good, the staff excellent and a credit to the establishment, facilities were good, areas for improvement, shower was temperamental so it was hard to get a good warm flow, pool looked tired , apart from those 2 points it was a good experience, very secure and central location, will definitely recommend, I rate this 4 stars, but the staff are definitely 5 star willing to go above and beyond and am asset to the organisation, I hope they get...

"Just recently stayed there and my experience was terrible . First and foremost it nothing like you see in the pictures, which was very misleading. False advertising... no swim pool no spa and the gym was look was not very welcoming. Everywhere just seem old and carry a old moley damp smelly odor with the exception of the lobby which portray a totally different look and md feeling from what the rest of the building! Maintenance was horrible....no bath towels. At times there was 1 bath towel...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent."

"The employees from the security guard to the housekeepers were all wonderful and very helpful especially Chuks and the security guys at the gate. That’s not to say they don’t need to make improvements. Roaches rolled out from every nook and cranny of the room. Also, the housekeepers need to raise the bed frame and box spring to clean under the bed to remove dust and splatters of dead roaches underneath. The AC isn’t that great either. I never had their breakfast so I have only 1 comment about...

"My Fiancé and I throughly enjoyed our 13 night' stay here at CITI Residence. From the moment we were taken to the property - We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist and escorted to our room. After a few nights in our first room - We ran into an unpleasant smell, upon complaining - in the middle of the night - The management quickly moved us out and into a new room which seemed nice. The property is clean with everyday housekeeping services, very well maintained and privacy is simply...
