I would rate this property as one of the better hotel choices in Lagos. It is definitely the best on the mainland. The service was excellent, the staff what top-notch. I will say that it appeared to be quite busy in the lobby area. It was a bit difficult, trying to get a seat to sit down and have a drink.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying five days at the Lagos Marriott in Ikeja, and I can honestly say it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff exuded warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness that made me feel right at home. The spa experience was nothing short of amazing — I indulged in both a massage and a facial, and the therapists were attentive, skilled, and incredibly professional. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge during my stay. The dining experience was equally exceptional. On my very first night, I dined at Idapo Lounge, and I was thoroughly impressed. The supervisor and waitstaff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Special shout-out to Blessed and Kennedy, who truly made my evening unforgettable. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. A special thank you to Kennedy, who not only offered thoughtful food recommendations but also took the time to suggest ways I could explore Lagos and even helped with tips for car service. His genuine care and attentiveness elevated my overall experience — he embodies true hospitality. Overall, the entire team made my stay world-class. The service, the food, the spa, and the friendliness of everyone I encountered were all second to none. The location is unique but the properties and surrounding areas are terrible. The staffs are courteous , friendly and professional. However, the management needs to hire more janitorial or cleaning staffers because our room was not clean until late on our second night and we are checking out the following day. The cleaning staff that clean our room did an awesome job. But the management are short of employees.

I loved my stay!

I had an amazing stay. From check-in to check-out, every staff person I encountered was exceptionally welcoming and helpful! The room was spacious and all of the "little" extras were so appreciated! Water in the fridge and on the bathroom counter daily, coffee and tea in the room, etc. Upon check-in and getting luggage to my room the bellman showed me all of the features of the room so I would be comfortable with the lights, security, etc. Marvelous stay! I had room service. multiple times during my stay as I was there on business and the food was great! Restaurant service was exceptional as well. Safety protocols and security were highly visible and greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel!

Love the spacious lobby and outside. Love the customer service Love the coffee because even the milk was hot which makes sense, some hotel if you request a side of milk on your coffee it often cold. Fastest service. Fastest wifi Love the live music Love the sauna and steam, massage was exceptional. What I didn’t like…. Buffet wasn’t tasty, you see the same menu everyday, makes you not want to go back the next day. Jollof rice was a waste. Bathroom is flooding whenever you shower Other than that it was great.
