"We loved our little houseboat in Ponta Delgado. We were very fortunate that Sandra took good care of us. We arrived very early in the day and she let us sit in her office (where we nodded off after a long sleepless flight) and then allowed us to check in several hours early. We had unknowingly booked the smallest room with a single bed (that pulls out to a double) and a pull out bed. It was very nice but we wanted a slightly bigger space. "From the moment you arrive at Furnas Lake Forest Living, you feel a sense of calm. The reception was easy to find and we received a very warm welcome and explanation of the property, then were guided to our house. It was a very personal experience and I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

"Yo y mi mujer hemos estado de categoria, escogimos el apartamento con cocina y habitación doble y era bastante grande, el personal de recepción muy amable y educado, la zona para aparcar es grande y caben bastantes coches. Lo que resaltaría es sus zonas verdes fuera de los apartamentos, es maravilloso."

"This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s about four minutes from the airport and very quiet. The staff were incredibly kind. The villa was spotless, and we slept like a dream. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and it was very good. We also went to see the horses, it was fun. "

"Our stay was outstanding. This is our second time at Casa da Galeria, and we were, again, totally impressed. Our apartment was superb.
Every member of the team is diligent, helpful, generous with their time, etc.: they are really outstanding - every single one of them. (Even the cat, Host, is cheerful and friendly.)

"Apartment was amazing: bright, clean, spacious. Breakfast items delivered outside the room each morning were high quality and complimentary. Excellent and timely communication was effortless using What’sApp. Staff were consummate professionals. Off street parking came with a remote to open the gate to the secure parking areas. Hot tub and accompanying saltwater infinity pool were on the roof. "
