"I really enjoyed our stay except for the issue we had with our key working, our second day our key stopped working and had to wait over an hour for them to fix it just to have it stop again on our 3rd day. at this point they did move us to another room for our last night, but I feel they should have just moved us the 2nd day instead of trying to just fix it. the upgraded room was great, and my granddaughter loved the view from the balcony. overall we had a great trip and will stay again the...

"Our first time here. The check in was easy and the employee that helped us check in was super friendly and very helpful!! The breakfast complimentary breakfast was delicious!! Our view was perfect!! I will definitely stay here again!! Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality!!!"

"The hotel was clean and friendly. We were able to check in early and check out late, they were very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing! Location could t be better either, we stepped out onto the beach! We are close to amusements, restaurants, and not super far from groceries. 10/10 a great place!"

"The room smelled like mold and there was visible black mold on the ceilings and water was also dripping from the ceiling! Asked to be moved to another room which was better until we were going to bed to find out both beds has sauce all over the "clean" sheets. Will not stay here again"

"Overall, it was an average stay, but the location right near the beach was a huge plus."

"We Had a Wonderful Stay Thank You,room was amazing Breakfast was great"

"Hello we stayed only 3 days with my husband and son he is 5 years to enjoy the Galveston Beach. I do recommend this hotel is very close to the beach. Also it is very clean, and breakfast was good. The staff are friendly. And we do also enjoy the swimming pool. We definitely will go back next year on summer but this time will stay longer. 😀"

"We get there and wait 20 if not 30 minutes for the reception to come to the front to check us in. We get to our room and it smells awful. We request a new room, and it was extremely hot, the bedding was made but not clean. There was make up smeared across the sheets. I dropped something and had to get it from under the bed. Not sure when’s the last time or if it’s ever been cleaned under. We asked for a tv remote, waited an hour for said remote, just for the tv to not work. There was hair all...
