"Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. "The only problem we had with the hotel was the hot stuffy room/ We realise that the budget price provided a budget room without AIR CON. However we have stayed in very good 3 star hotels without this and they provide a portable fan. Would stay here again because the pool facility is wonderful. The food was good too.
