"Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. "Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice."

"Main issue was the check in- granted it was late in the evening however we waited over 20 minutes as the only poor member of staff on was working the bar as well as reception. Air conditioning in the rooms has been switched off and they provide a fan which was needed but noisy. Rooms are dated but bed was very comfortable. Didn’t try breakfast as having read some reviews we decided to give it a miss. Overall an okay stay for one night"
