"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"The place had a old carpet smell to it, when we were putting lysol on the bed and pillows a spider came out. Wife is allergic to any spider/bug bite, so she opted to sleep in our vehicle ! Name of “Luxury” carries a implied sense of being very good, but this is totally opposite!"

"Unfortunately my family and I did not have a pleasant stay. Although, staff was helpful our room lacked the cleanliness that would be a bare minimum expectation. The carpet in our room was wet, sticky and dirty to the point I had to wash my child’s feet because they were black after about 10 minutes of walking in the room."

"Very disappointed in the overall room experience. Room was very used and needed repair and updates. Not at all what we are used to for an expensive resort experience. My wife was very disappointed that I booked the property as it didn’t feel upscale for what we spent to stay there. One star is for the room itself that needed work and felt like a cheap motel experience. Not what we thought a Hyatt Resort would be like at all as we typically stay in Marriott and Hilton resorts."

"They are charging a “parking lot maintenance fee” now which is a way to still say free parking and not disclose. Both ice machines were down so I expect a “ice machine maintenance fee” charge for the next unsuspecting guest. Never been charged for maintenance fees for a building. If you want to charge for parking just say so up front. Rooms are fine and breakfast was good."

"Everything was 10/10"

"Would have given it 5 stars but the ac was not working well."

"When I got there, the car hops were helpful at first, but then when I asked for my luggage to my room, they never brought it. I had to go get it myself. Front of the desk were nice people really nice. They took care of me on my way out the soap, the lotion all that I don’t know what it was, but it was very stinky. Not very good at all for that kind of Hotel the money I paid I wouldn’t use the shampoo the soap, the lotion that it was nasty."

"Where has Drury hotels been all my life? It was an excellent hotel and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. It has a free breakfast which was very good and a great selection. They also had happy hour with one free drink, and delicious food to go with it."
