Family of 5. Room was great nice and cold. Balcony was cool. Kids loved it. Parking has cameras and security which was a relief. Theres a restaurant, coffe bar. And drinks. Overall a very nice place to stay. Will revisit soon.

Had an awesome stay here! The hotel was super family-friendly, clean, and comfy. It’s also close to SeaWorld, so we didn’t have to deal with long drives. The pool was definitely a standout — super nice and perfect for unwinding after a day at the park. Definitely recommend!

Nice property but the indoor hot tub was out of use and under construction. The pool area was nice. The service in the bar area was beyond terrible. The attendants were lazy and not attentive. There was only one other customer so it wasn’t because they were busy. They didn’t represent the hotel well at all.

Better than average angood value for San Antonio.

A very nice property close to West San Antonio attractions. The property had a nice lobby, bistro, and pool area. Only complaints are that you have to pay for parking, which seems to be pretty a common practice in San Antonio, and the bistro meal prices are high compared to the quality of the meal.
