We had to book last minute and got what we paid for, but it served the purpose we needed, a place to sleep. Property was outdated, sheets and towels were stained but clean. Bed was comfortable at least and room was bigger than most. Staff was friendly

Found hairs on my pillow and yellow marks on the sheets and I even found a bug under my pillow a small Rollie pollie and there was a roach under the bed of course they were dead but it seemed as if the room hasn’t been rented in a while also the toilet was covered in some dirt I was a bit afraid to even let my son on the carpet but the customer service was good the lady came to clean the toilet after we asked and the young man there was very helpful but unfortunately the 2 king beds room was really bad for the price I’m sorry to say I’ve stayed in better for less.

They need to improve cleaning

Towels were not very clean, there was a stain, the floor was dirty, it only had one roll of toilet paper and the trash cans did not have an additional bag. And there were dead cockroaches (at least they were dead) Otherwise, it was fine.

Think twice!!!

The front desk went out of her way, to be nice after she had my money..it says every where no refunds for early checkout to be ...it was a double room one bed was unsleepabe due to be dirty. The microwave didn't work. We got bug bites from the room. I told the owner, he seemed surprised, but in looking better at the reviews he knows. I looked for other rooms locally but couldn't find one. I would say....stay at your own risk!!!!

The entrance to property was dark! Upon entering the office we were greeted with bank style teller window.(bullet proof glass) There were people sitting outside of a couple rooms, which made us feel uncomfortable. He said you have ten minutes to view room and see if yall want to stay here. Upon entering the room, noticed the room felt like a sauna and had a very musty smell. The teal couch had stains, the small electric stove had food stains. Lower cabinet drawer was missing. We immediately went back to front office and told the owner that we did not feel safe and room was in horrible condition. He said, I would have turned on the A/C if yall would have called ahead.(smh) He then said ok and we told him we would seek reimbursement thru Expedia. He said no problem.

This was not the place we booked. We had a room somewhere else but we were told (on very short nitice) that our reservation could not be honored due to "unexpected maintenance". Orbitz put us here instead, and I will be demanding a refund. Hotel is in bad neighborhood. There were cockroaches running around the room. The sheets and pillowcases were visibly soiled. The only reason we stayed was that it was already past midnight before we got there and we needed to be somewhere at 7:00am. When the clerk handed me the room key, he said "This may or may not work". REALLY?? I would not recommend this place to anyone.

clean, nice staff, but not tv family friendly

Great hotel for cleanliness in appearance. I did see a bug crawling in the room, but it could have come in with me. My main concern is make certain that if you have children, don't let them play with the channel selections. Once channel should be definitely off-limits! That is why I gave the lower rating.

Everything was good for our one night stay, room even had a microwave & mini fridge the only part that I didn’t like was the stained sheets on one of the beds and the obviously dirty pillowcase on a few pillows, but I just put those to the side and we had a few of our own blankets so we used those. Other than that it was quiet and the ac was super cold, tv was good too.
