The location isnt great, very far from everything. I was refused a pickup for every activity I booked. The hot water only lasts three minutes but otherwise great value for money.

I would have given 5 stars of not for the surprise check by immigration/police together with the hotel manager on 5/12. Worse is the immigration officer asking for my visa😲, don't they know Singaporean are visa free for 30 days?. This is my first time re encountering immigration check on my visit ...

Only thing i would suggest is to inform guests about the key policy. We were not aware of the charge for lost keys. In our country, you can ask for as many keys as you want and you dont need to return them. Thank you.

This hotel is top end. The service is world class and the desk folks speak english. If I could give it 8 stars I would. There 3 Resteraunt's on site and a spa. The rooms were excellent size, w marble everything. You will not be disappointed coming here.
