We had a wonderful stay here. It's an upper class hotel that's managed by a foreigner, so it shows in the quality of the customer service and overall quality of the hotel. The breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Haiphong

Our visit was great. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and in good size, shower and bathroom is nice. Seems modern. However, room has bad sound isolation. Could hear sound from room next door and hallway. Service both at check-in (5th floor) and first floor entry was great. Staff is friendly. Located on a busy and buzzling street. Plenty of outside local eating places nearby. Overall we had good stay, and could easily come back.

Second time at this property. First was pre COVID. Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. I like to walk and explore so this was a good choice. Comfortable beds Water pressure for showers 4/5 Overall I’d stay here again :)

The hotel was very modern, extremely clean and staff were always very attentive, polite and friendly. It’s in a good location in the town for food, drinks and shops and there was underground parking. The rooftop pool is a fantastic area with amazing views as it’s on the 28th floor. It’s lit up at night and it looks so lovely. We had a free birthday cake for my partner that we weren’t expecting and the price of staying there was very very reasonable as it was a package with the flights. The air con worked well thankfully and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend others to stay there. Thank you everyone who works there.

Nice but too hot. Avoid in the summer.

Nice hotel, great service and clean room, but ac would not cool room below 24 degrees. Uncomfortable due to heat/humidity when trying to sleep. Highlighted issues to the front of house team, but from evaluating their reply, I suspect it is a common complaint.
