Everything was amazing from the rooms, restaurant, pool and gym. I would just say that the children play area was not up to the level of the rest of the hotel and could no with some upgrading. But, besides that my family had a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel. I stayed here for a week and was very impressed. Comfortable, luxurious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and good value

You get great value for your money at this hotel. Everything is nice and clean, and in a good area of the city. Only downside is we had some language barriers, especially at the restaurant. We don’t expect them to be fluent in English in anyway, but considering this hotel is international and five stars, we do expect them to know basic words. However we had a nice stay and would recommend it.

Great stay

We stayed on The Level floor and were greeted immediately and everything explained clearly by very friendly staff. We were very happy with our room and also used the lounge that evening. At breakfast we were able to order extra items to those at the buffet, however breakfast is in the main restaurant, which was busy. We had a one night stay as we had a flight from Haiphong Airport the following day. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

The only issue I experienced is that the maids there doesn’t do a good job cleaning the room and bed when guest is staying more than one night. But the issue was quickly solved by the staff there and I am satisfied.

It's perfect for a trip

But it's a little unfortunate. I always like to use a suite. However, the facility has not been repaired. I couldn't use the safe because the bathroom sink was broken, or because there was no electricity in the safe in the room. Every time I visited, I witnessed the same phenomenon and asked for improvement, but it hasn't always changed. Except for this, the hotel service was all satisfactory. It's a little less detailed, but it's a pity that it doesn't bother me much. The hotel is very satisfactory for the price.
