"There was some issues with the rooms but they were able to fix it same day. The resort is nice, we had our own personal concierge. Starling was amazing personal concierge and was able to help book restaurants, get things fixed, and anything we needed basically."

"Reclamo #1: nosotros compramos el paquete Diamond Club donde tendríamos un nivel de servicio superior, donde el Butler o mayordomo que supuestamente hace la estancia más placentera y servicio de lujo, supuestamente a nuestra llegada seríamos recibidos por nuestro mayordomo con un cóctel de bienvenida, cosa que nunca ocurrió, nos dieron una botella de agua y vimos al mayordomo casi 30 minutos después y hablamos con el en la habitación por alrededor de 10 minutos y no lo volvimos a ver en los 6 días que estuvimos hospedados, lo que hacía era enviarme por WhatsApp todas las mañanas las actividades del resort, inclusive el tan mal servicio que la última noche hizo una reservación en uno de los restaurantes del resort solo para dos personas y nosotros éramos 4, en 6 días nunca recibimos las batas de baño que están incluidos en Diamond Club. Reclamo #2: la limpieza muy mala, hay partes de la habitación que no han limpiado en mucho tiempo, mueblería de la habitación rota, nuestra habitación era una suite con piscina en nuestro balcón, tan sucia que ni siquiera mis hijos querían bañarse allí, era un acumulado de mosquitos muertos donde se ve que el agua no se recicla, fue dinero botado a la basura ordenar esa habitación. Reclamo #3: el resort tiene un buffet donde la comida no concuerda con un resort 5 estrellas, tiene restaurantes donde tienen que reservar para poder cenar pero se encontrarán con restaurantes que son cerrados y no tienen aire acondicionado y podría decir más pero "

"This property needs to be upgraded. Air was not working. They fixed it and the next morning it was burning hot. Room 3167 and 2174. Shower head needed replacing. Water going everywhere. Staff rude but not all. Some were very helpful. Food was mediocre. Drinks was strong if you want to get drunk . They did shuttle to the casino. Small casino. They said you have access to other RIU hotels but when they had the all white. I asked if they shuttled and was told you have to pay taxi. Be careful because they do charge if you loose key card or towel card. I would not recommend this hotel for older crowd. This is for the young adults. I was not impressed with this hotel and I’m not hard to please. Party of 12 and over half complained most of the trip."
