"Beautiful resort in every way, will be coming back for sure"

"Party hotel! Would go back!"

"This place is a little slice of heaven. The staff, in general, are very pleasant always ready with a friendly greeting, a courteous gesture, or an act of kindness. From the moment we arrived at the reception (Preferred Club), Johan who welcomed us did so with professionalism and that signature Dominican warmth. He provided all the information we needed and granted us access to the facilities. Our room a suite was phenomenal; it featured a large bed and a sofa bed, and was incredibly spacious....

"Beyond disappointed with this hotel. Everywhere you walked in that hotel, someone was trying to get $ from you. The pool was so dirty and I only saw someone attempt to clean it once. There was only 1 swim up bar for 3 pools. The food was subpar and they always ran out of something. Staff seemed bothered if you asked a question and they just didn't want to work. We had 2 cleaning ladies for the week and only 1 did her job (Mercedes). Brian at the front desk was awesome at explaining and showing...

"Amazing Hotel, the staff serves with excellence. Facilities are beautiful and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Good"

"un poco más de limpieza"

"The property is really big so be prepared to walked a lot or you can wait for golf carts to pick you up, other than that the staff is really friendly, everything is clean and the food is great."

"Super nettes kleines Hostal, in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Alles ist schön sauber"

"I've stayed here twice before and enjoyed myself however, this third trip was different. The food wasn't as tasteful as I remembered and they still have limited meat options at breakfast for those that don't eat pork. The worse part of the trip was the construction. There's active construction happening next door, they work 7 days a week, a lot of banging and noise. Not quiet and they start at 8am exactly and continue until 6-7pm. Although this is temporary it made the stay less relaxing and...

"It’s a little paradise, perfect for small groups of few families as a private resort! Food was exceptional!"

"It is not with the GPS and there is no number for. To call"

"Beautiful place nice beach"

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made...
