"Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous apartment style room away from the crowds of Florence."

"Beautiful view of the river and plenty of space for our group of two! The location is accessible to all the incredible sights of Florence while still being away from the busiest tourist areas. We would stay here again!"

"The location was fantastic, just over the river and close to a lively square lined with places to eat. The rooms were beautiful, very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The whole team were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Florence."

"Great hotel for our short stay! Loved the location and the breakfast tasty."

"Beautiful and large room in historic building. Staff were very helpful and very conveniently located. Loved our stay of one week."

"Throughly enjoyed our stay with spacious clean rooms in such a central location"

"The property is in a great location next to the Arno River. The unit was spacious and clean. It was just a little difficult to find but once found it was great."

"The staff was lovely and helpful. Rooms were unique. Located in an older building in a good part of town."

"This is a very old building. Rooms are clean, but amenities inside room. No tea or coffee! Many mosquitoes inside the rooms and you have go up 55 steep steps with your suitcase."

"This was such a beautiful property. There’s a remarkable history behind the building and what it was used for which makes staying here even more special. My kids loved the courtyard, which is a rare find in Florence to have green space! It is so well maintained here. Also, the breakfast was a wonderful cherry on top. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Florence,"

"The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent with wide variety of options. The laundry service was very helpful and with same day service. The room was spacious and was grateful for the upgrade as a returning customer."

"This was one of the nicest, most interesting hotels that I've stayed in, and at any one time the suites are phenomenal. and the paintings on the ceilings. Have your ChatGPT check it out."

"First time in Italy and what a great introduction to Florence with this great hotel in the middle of this vibrant city. The staff was fun and amazing giving good advice where to dine at traditional restaurants that is walking distance. The best part is the upstairs indoor outdoor breakfast area with good selection of pastry, eggs, bacon etc even fresh honeycomb honey u can spoon it right out. In the evening outdoor terrace serves drinks and cocktail overlooking the city of Florence for a...

"We enjoyed our stay here; it's out of the main tourist center of Florence in the Oltrarno, and it's within a half-mile of the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, and all the tourist sites are within walking distance (25 minutes). There's no front desk here, but instructions were good enough to get into the hotel and our rooms (still, you have to be comfortable with that). A good value for Florence overall."

"Great location but couch needs to be replaced. Stained and dirty"

"The property is Ina great location - shopping right outside your door. It was clean and Bob checked Ina few times to make sure we were ok. We had booked for a balcony unfortunately our place did not come with it. Just confirm when booking. Other than that the place was great! Local restaurants nearby."
