"Perfect for our family, so close to cruise ships, loved the little market and cafe right below our room , Francesca our host was so accommodating and sweet and so helpful with everything, will always remember her ❤️"

"Room was ok and spacious. Bathroom in a very bad state. Toilet tank leaking on top of you. Mold and rusty equipment. Breakfast was basic, but coffee very good. Girl at reception/breakfast did a very good job. Worst part was the transfer arrangement: transfer from airport to hotel wasn’t arranged at all. Transfer from hotel to cruiseport was changed. First they asked if the change was ok. When we told them we didn’t agree with the change they told us to find an other transfer ourself! This all a...

"We appreciated the central location. We could walk to the metro, or train and the ancient sites! Walked to the Coliseum etc in 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful host Francesca!"

"The place was a convenient place to stay near beachfront Breakfast was great and they even left beer in the fridge for us Balcony was a great place to sit in the sun Room and common area was clean and well maintained And a plus there was a supermarket next door I would definitely stay here again"

"The staff were friendly and helpful arranging transport for us We had a meal in the dining room and it was delicious"

"Baia di Luna is in a beautiful town, with exquisite restaurants, cafes and shops right in front of the beach. The property is well kept and has a very romantic mediterranean garden. Stefano gave us a superb service, helping us with luggage, setting up our next day taxi to the port and recommendations on where to dine (Bianca restaurant) best in town. Will recommend this venue to all my friends without hesitation."

"Clean room & helpful owners. Very accommodating for early check in. I am confident recommending property, especially as an overnight stay before a cruise departure. Molto Gracie!"

"Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Only negative, was the bed. Too soft and too small also safe did not work although staff tried to get it working. Valentina was very helpful and pleasant for everything."

"Very nice hotel. Roberto and his wife are very gracious hosts. They go out of their way to help you. They set up shuttle service for us and other guests to go to cruise port. Very nice restaurant was suggested by Roberto. Food and prices were great as well restaurant staff. The name of restaurant was Rotunda by the sea shore. We arrived by train to Santa Marinella station. I would suggest to have transportation set up before arrival. Taxi and Uber services very sparse. Or call or message hotel...

"Francesca was beyond helpful and accommodating when we arrived early and gave us great suggestions on places to visit around the area"

"What I liked about the place was it was very clean,m and neat. I arrived earlier than 3 o’clock check-in and the hostess let me in early and helped me take my luggage upstairs. Very convenient to restaurants and it was in walking distance to beach ,also I could have walked to the port terminal if I did not have heavy luggage. I will definitely book this guest house again."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was incredibly accommodating, easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to help schedule a taxi. I will be coming back and very highly recommend this place!"

"We loved our stay. We had dinner there and they had the most amazing gluten free food. It was an excellent dinner. We loved breakfast. The area was beautiful and unique. We loved everything!"

"The room and common areas were very clean. It was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. Frederica made the entire stay wonderful. She was very helpful and accommodating. She even prepared a special breakfast for my husband who doesn’t eat any sugar"
