"Im generally not big fan of all inclusive properties though this only my 4th time at one.. Generally I found the food amd drinks to have been average at the other properties I stayed at. Plus getting reservations can be challenging. Not so at the Hyatt Zilara in Cap Cana. No reservations are ever required and never more than a 5 minute wait to get a table. The variety of options on where to eat was impressive well as the quality of preparation. The bartenders I encountered were true mixologist with a varied and eclectic of cocktails to decide on. Most impressive was the staff who never failed to greet you with a smile, warm greetings and a helpful hand if needed. Clearly management is very strong at the Zilara. The consistency of service never wavered from the cleaning staff, gardeners, bartenders, pool caretakers up to the restaurant managers and our remarkable concierge larisa who simply went beyond the call with the service she provided us. Thank you Larisa! We miss you already. I can't speak to the shows as its not my thing but the spa was well worth the cost and the coffee Cafe was beyond good. The grounds were beautiful and meticulously kept. Obviously I highly recommend this property and I can't thank the people that work there enough for their warm hospitality and professionalism."

"Cumplió mis expectativas, hotel moderno buena limpieza, personal amable en especial los del bar Jesús y Francisco tremendos seres humanos, mayordomo Michael brindo un servicio de excelencia. La única queja la puerta de la habitación el material es de muy baja calidad y daba problemas en abrir y cerrar. Pero en lo demás lo recomiendo, la comida muy buena."

"Result is smaller than the competition, but it plays great at what it does. Very personal attention, with high attention to detail, impeccable grounds, pools, water park. And then there's the food and drinks; everything we tried was delicious and very high quality. Will need to visit again and again!"

"Gorgeous resort and the food was wonderful I will definitely be coming back, we had issues with our air conditioning which was expressed to staff several times, they would write reports but this issue was never resolved and no alternative was given. Other than our hot room and no fans available in the resort we had a great stay at this resort."
