"The property was beautiful. The only issue that I had was ordering it doesn’t allow you to order in the app. When I called downstairs with my order I never received my order. I had to go to the dinning room to eat after waiting hours for my room service. Also some of the Bartenders in the main lobby was a little rude. I had upgraded my stay to the elite package and still was giving me a hard time to get premium drinks. Other than that the stay was amazing."

"Everything was perfect. The food at all the restaurants was delicious, the amenities were amazing and the staff…every single person that we came across went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing was that we had to leave. It was a wonderful experience."

"Gorgeous resort and the food was wonderful I will definitely be coming back, we had issues with our air conditioning which was expressed to staff several times, they would write reports but this issue was never resolved and no alternative was given. Other than our hot room and no fans available in the resort we had a great stay at this resort."

"We loved it here and didn’t want to leave!!! Staff were so friendly and truly treated you like family. Food was good and had many many options to choose from. When they say all inclusive it truly is, there were no hidden charges or fees. The only thing we wished we had known was they use US dollars. We brought Dominican pesos thinking we would need money in their currency and everywhere we went used US dollars. Hotel did accept DOP at checkout but the shops there only accept US dollars so we had to charge our room when shopping and when using the spa. Other than that we had so much fun. I would caution you to use OFF spray liberally daily as I returned home with tons of “no see um” bites something I had never heard of prior to this trip. They are similar to mosquitoes but much more itchy. This was not at the fault of the hotel most likely I got the bites during excursions off site. Will be returning to this hotel. You feel safe as there are check points to get on and off the property. They clean the rooms daily and even do turn down service nightly. We literally had not one complaint in the 5 days we were there."
