"Personnel très serviable à notre arrivée. Oubli d'une veste que nous n'avons pas pu récupérer le jour même, l'hôtel étant fermé de 11h à 16h ! L'hôtel n'accepte pas d'envoyer les objets oubliés contre remboursement. Espérons récupérer la veste lors d'un passage à Narbonne en juillet..."

"I booked the hotel because I had an early morning flight. It offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quite new (2-3 months?) and the shuttle was not set up yet. So I had to use a taxi which was not cheap."

"This property is in prime location. Their sea view and (Mountains) view both are breath taking. The Staff are very nice in particular Christopher in the front desks. We extended our stay because the hotel is central, the staff are nice and the place is clean."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Besitzerin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Besonders praktisch ist die zentrale Lage direkt im Zentrum, außerdem gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel. Vielen Dank auch für den tollen Restaurant-Tipp. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder."

"The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....
