"I've stayed here many times and generally find it to be excellent value with the convenience of a shuttle up to the Plaza, if desired. I love the Whole Foods next door. The first night we got ignored by the desk agent and then when the other agent finally assisted us we asked for a quiet room and she placed us in the noisiest room available, right next to the kitchen and street window where their loading trucks ..."
