"Enjoyed my stay and had a great time."

"Room was clean, staff very accommodating, Air condition was good, pool was good."

"the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Small and clean. No pool. Beach is rocky and not good for swimming."

"The pool and view are awesome. Sadly, this hotel clearly has slid into disrepair. There were at least 30 mosaic tiles loose on the shower floor--one cut my foot. The walls looked like a 12 year old did the painting--so much paint on the beautiful tiles, ceiling, door trim. Doing a nice job on the paint would have cost almost nothing, so sad! "Bathroom sink leaked. Check in is totally a mystery. While in the resort you are treated by category. Renter or owner and facility use is broken out the same way. Make you less than."

If you are traveling through and need a cheap convenient place to rest your head, this is it. The staff is kind and genuinely want to help you. Breakfast (patacones, fried Panamanian tortilla, eggs, sliced cheese) was included in my room rate - it was surprisingly decent. That said, you get what you pay for so don’t expect anything fancy. The property is old and quite dated. The...

"Christophe and his family were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and fit for a king. The grounds, room and pool were decorated beautifully and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this place."

"What a wonderful place to find out what life on the Pacific coast of Panama is like and what it can be for you. Brooke and her staff are everything you would want in them. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. Breakfast is included and is the only meal served daily. Definitely try El Parque restaurant in San Carlos. Delicious and inexpensive. Being a small lodge on the ocean makes it special. FYI: No TV, no fridge, no microwave in my room but an awesome ocean view, a...
