I had some trouble at the gate but I believe that I missed a step and did not have the necessary QR code for entrance, but that gave me a chance to experience the quards professionalism and courtesy. Same for the people at quest services. The small apartment was immaculate and comfortable.

Room had a bottled water jug (empty) manager said they don't provide water? Only half roll of toilet paper they said they would bring more but did not. Overall it was ok not great, but grounds and site full of potential.

Las Fotos que muestran la atracion principal de la piscina gigante es un engano la piscina lleva en mantenimiento por mas de mes y medio y no estara disponible hasta noviembre 2025. La Habitacion esta muy bien, el WIFI no funcionaba, tenia dos receptaculos que no funcionaban. Los comercios de los restaurantes en el primer nivel no estaban operando, todo vacio la estructura del Apartamento afuera a penas le dan mantenimiento, en la playa hay solo un restaurante pero es muy recomendable excelente servicio y muy buena comida. Todos los apartamentos que estan en Playa Blanca tienen la misa situacion por que es la misma facilidad.

Lugar cómodo y limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar y muy cerca de la playa y piscinas. Parque infantil y canchas deportivas también disponibles. Nuestro hijo de 4 años lo disfruto mucho.

Me encantó el apartamento, el espacio es para familias de 4 es una sola habitación, a nosotros nos encantó. Seguramente volvemos a ir, todo el personal nos trató excelente. Nada de que quejarse. Eso si deben llamar al menos un día antes para organizar su estancia con tiempo. En nuestro caso pedimos entrar antes y nos ayudaron en todo el proceso. Muy contentos y agradecidos, nuestra familia disfrutó y la pasamos bonito.

Le contact pour la location du condo n'était pas sur place malgré le fait de nous avoir donné rendez-vous et de lui avoir téléphoné avant d'arriver. nous avons dû nous faire comprendre du personnel sur place qui parlait uniquement espagnol....et c'était la même chose pour le départ...personne ne semblait savoir quoi faire avec nos clés. L'équipement sur place dans la cuisine était désuet....il n'y avait que deux (2) rond de cuisinière et ils ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Nous aurions apprécié avoir une liste des commerces et des commodités accessibles. C'est un agent de sécurité unilingue espagnol avec google translate qui nous a expliquer comment fonctionnait les transports. Le personnel sur place était très serviable pour nous guider même si nous ne parlions pas la même langue. Le condo était propre mais manquait d'entretien. Une bonne couche de peinture serait la bienvenue. Nous avions demandé de changer nos serviettes de bain au moins une fois dans la semaine ce qui n'a pas été fait....bref, un séjour agréable sans plus

Decepção...

O apartamento tem uma estrutura bastante razoável, mas as condições do apartamento não eram boas, o colchão muito ruim travesseiros péssimos, foi deixado apenas um rolo de papel higiênico para 4 pessoas (tivemos que comprar por nossa conta mais) e não havia sacos de lixo para reposição. Em relação à piscina, que é o principal destaque do complexo, é uma mentira pois é permitido usar apenas uma mínima parte, menor que piscinas de vários hotéis.

Apartamento 203 Town Center Playa Blanca.

Muy buena atención y el apartamento muy cómodo. El apartamento es muy bonito, pero necesita mejoras, principalmente en el área de la cocina, deben renovar la estufa y los electrodomésticos, también necesita más limpieza, la limpieza es fundamental.

Local fantástico, perto de várias praias fora a piscina gigantesca no meio do condomínio com direito a toboágua. Tudo muito limpo, só lembrando que é um apartamento particular e não um hotel.

El apartamento muy bien, de acuerdo a lo publicado. Comunicacion rapida para atender dudas y el dia en la playa muy bien. La piscina en realidad no se puede usar porque la zona asignada para los visitantes es mas para uso de niños.

El apartamento está excelente para estancias cortas. Lo recomiendo para un pequeño grupo de amigos o parejas. La playa a corta distancia también muy limpia. Recomendaría al propietario tener más implementos en su cocina. Como comentario adicional para los visitantes vale decir que los restaurantes en el primero piso cierran al rededor de las 10pm para tenerlo en cuenta.

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA

No fue una buena experiencia, esperaba una habitación en un hotel y finalmente era un apto en una torre, en la recepción muy mala atencion, no dieron ninguna explicacion, no sabian de la reserva, que debia llamar a una persona para que me orientara, finalmente me comunique, llego una señora que me entrego la llave, los controles del TV y el aire acondicionada y ya, la habitacion muy amplia y comoda, pero el aseo deja mucho que desear, en los 3 dias no fueron a hacer aseo ni a cambiar sabanas ni toallas, no tenia derecho a usar nada, que debia comprar una manilla de u$65 por dia por persona para poder tener derecho a las zonas humedas, sociales, licor y restaurantes, de resto que no tenia derecho a nada, incomoda la situacion, finalmente lo dejan entrar a uno a dos piscinas que cierran a las 5pm, horrible.... en tremendo sitio y con tremendo calor, cerrar a esa horas es nefasto....en conclusion el sitio es agradable pero el precio no justifica, se consiguen algo mejor. NO recomendado.
