"The room was clean and the staff were helpful"

"Room was clean and spacious. Was there five nights and things weren’t re-stocked. Shampoo bottle not refilled, ran out of toilet paper and towels. Had to go to front desk for these items. Outlets near bed and desk lamp not working."

"What i didn't like was the bed was uncomfortable and there was no way to watch any streaming services, only cable. Everything else was good, staff was helpful and nice, it was quiet, and in a great area."

"great"

"The place was delightful, well located and FUN!"

"The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again."

"Perfect!"

We were very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family."

When we told staff he said that the key car may need a new battery and it would be a process. Never fixed it. Also, reported the fridge in the room didnt work. We found that out when all our leftovers were warm and ruined the next morning. Pool had hair and debris floating in it. Room was clean and breakfast spread was good. Will mot stay there again."

"Spent a sister’s weekend at XV Beacon. The staff, the service, the amenities were all impeccable! Everyone was quick to offer locale cuisine, walking directions and adventure recommendations. Even more impressive was when we were pressed for time, the staff graciously boxed our incredible Mooo meal from the flagship restaurant and delivered it to our room. What a wonderful spread to come “home” to. Our room was spectacular and intimate. Great space to enjoy with any loved one; including a...
