"The hotel was super cool. I liked that they had ambience in the lobby, complete with music and hang out spots. The rooms were immaculate, and I liked there was laundry and a kitchen. The location was close to downtown, so everything was walkable. However, being in the core of Ottawa, there were some questionable people hovering nearby. I didn’t feel unsafe with my children, I just made sure to keep an eye on things as we walked through. "
"We thought the general area around the hotel was a bit run down. Many homeless people made us feel a little unsafe. Overall the hotel and staff are excellent!"
