Staff were amazing, got one of our rooms checked in early so our group had a place to get changed. Offered to store bags etc and sorted anything we needed. Helpful with local places of interest, places to eat and things to see.

The room was clean, although showing signs of wear. The 1st night we only had luke warm water to shower, probably it had been used up as the hotel was very full, it was ok after that. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The amenties were as stated, i only used the gym which was a bit small but had a reasonable selection of equipment. The food was ok a bit cold, but that is normal for the Spanish, but a good selection and plentiful. Drinks at the bar and restaurant were not overly priced.

Public areas in hotel were really nice. Rooms were in major need of updating and renovation but we found them acceptable for a weekend. We had the buffet option at the restaurant, food was exceptionally poor with dinner I’d suggest not safe to eat; hot breakfast even at opening was cold

Extremely disappointed with our stay, the cleanliness and hygiene was so appalling we could only manage 1/3 of the nights we had booked and had to seek urgent accommodation elsewhere. The experience fell far below the expected standards of comfort and cleanliness. Upon arrival, we also discovered that the property was teeming with feral cats, something that was not disclosed prior to booking. This caused significant distress, as my Mum suffers from allergies and I have a phobia of cats.

Albir Garden er et bra overnattingssted. Romslig og fin leilighet. Noe lytt, men det er det overalt i Spania. Bra med parkering, og super beliggenhet.

The room we were given had 2 camp beds and a dirty sofa and old fashioned bathroom. It was so bad that we did not stay in the room. We checked out 30 minutes after arriving and informed reception that we did not like the room on departure. No offers were made to find us a different room

Reservamos a traves de esta pagina. Ibamos 3 adultos y 1 niño. Cuando reservamos nos dijeros que eran 4 camas individuales, la sorpresa es que te dan un apartahotel con un dormitorio de 2 camas individuales y un sillon cama. Te dicen que son todos los apartamentos iguales. Publicidad engañosa. Por lo demas muy agradable, y divertido.

Too old, doesn't worth the price

The parking at the hotel is always full and can't be used at all. No air conditioning in the bedroom was very disappointing. In general the facilities are old and not very well maintained.

En general todo bien. La comida del bufete muy buena. El parque acuático muy entretenido. La estancia necesita una reforma, las puertas de los armarios no encajan bien, tienen cocina pero no suficientemente equipadada. El personal muy atento. Tuvimos un pequeño problema por el cobro del alojamiento, (nos lo cobraron dos veces y distintos importes) lo solucionaron sin poner problemas, pagamos el importe mas alto. Han prometido tener un detalle en nuestra próxima estancia...ya veremos.

Good stay weather wasn't to good as we only went for 4days. Isobel was very good on reception met all my needs. Would stay again didn't use the restraunt as we were self catering so can't comment on the food

Fint hotel til prisen!

Rigtig fint sted til prisen. Der ligger stort supermarked og en god bager lige overfor (1 min. gang). Overfor ligger der også en butik med alt hvad du måtte have brug for (svømmetøj, badedyr, håndklæder, undertøj, liggestole, forlængerledninger, rengøringsartikler, solcreme, køkkengrej... ja ALT). Der er mulighed for at vaske/tørre tøj på hotellet (4 euro pr. polet). Rengøring + udskiftning af lagner og håndklæder er ca. hver 3. dag. Der er håndklæder til at gå i bad med, men der er IKKE ekstra poolhåndklæder. Føntørrer på badeværelset. Fint med opbevaringsplads i lejlighederme. Man sover med uldtæpper (uden sengetøj) samt tynde lagner, som fungerer fint. Vi havde en bærbar PC med samt hdmi-stik til at koble PC til TV så vi kunne se streamingtjenester på fjernsynet. 20 min. gang til LÆKKER strand. Mega hyggeligt område om aftenen med små hyggelige spisesteder der er til at betale. Man skal ikke forvente luksus, men bestemt godt til prisen!

Helt ok

Helt ok för vad du betalar men rummen behöver en uppdatering. Badrummet var fint men vid duschning blev golvet helt blött. Ingen fläkt eller dyligt. ACn höll ett verkligt oväsen och användes enbart stundvis annars ingen sömn. Hörde allt från grannar och trapphus men måste ändå helt oksäga att personalen och organisationen av stället var topp noch.

Me my Wife and 2 our children spend a week in Albir garden resort from Sept 15 till Sept 22nd and i need to say it was a great time Staff is very friendly and helpful Bar staff very nice and friendly Food in restaurant was fresh and very well prepared pool area very spacious and very important you don't have to fight for sunbeds ! pool entertainment fantastic ! i love aqua aerobics with Nico water park is fabulous rom

Rummet luktade rök. Fick ingen större respons. Fick säga till flera gånger. De skulle fixa till rummet men fick ej bort lukten. Tycker att de kunde erbjuda mig ett annat rum, men ej. Åt en gång middag i deras restaurang men tycker att de inte levde upp till någon större klass. Frukosten passade oss bra, Engelsk. Härlig pool och ett område med många bra vattenrutschbanor. Läget var bra.

De ligging was prima Het was niet echt schoon. Meubilair zat vol kringen en vlekken. Bankstel was doorgezakt en verkleurd. In de badkamer was de douchebak gebarsten, douchewand met schimmel op de kit. Keukenfaciliteiten waren matig en niet schoon. Algemene ruimten netjes. Wij kregen in eerste instantie een kamer aangeboden, die uitkeek op een blinde muur en waar alleen maar schaduw was. Na overleg heeft men een andere kamer aangeboden, maar boven het restaurant/disco. Vooraf meldde men wel mogelijk geluidsoverlast, maar dat voelde een beetje als “stikken of slikken”. Een ander appartement had men niet. Wat mij ook opviel is dat er op een ochtend in de tuin een man in een witpak met gasmasker op de palmbomen stond te besproeien met ? (ik vermoed bestijdingsmiddel tegen het kevertje dat de palmbomen aantast) echter niets werd afgedekt (ligstoelen rond het zwembad bijv.), gasten met zwemkleding aan of met kleinen kinderen liepen er langs/onderdoor niets was afgezet.

Me gustaron mucho sus instalaciones, habitaciones, parque infantil y la zona de comedor, todo muy cómodo. La única pega que podría poner es la distancia entre la zona del comedor y las habitaciones, y que alguna tienes que subir el equipaje por las escaleras, únicamente mencionar la ausencia de ascensor.

Leiligheten var helt ok. Kjøkkenet helt ok. Tv på rommet med norske kanaler ! Vi kom i 11-tiden. Hadde sendt mail til hotellet om dette på forhånd. Fikk lov til å sjekke inn da vi ankom , uten tillegg i prisen.
