Magical place in the mountains

Magical place! Amazing staff and the food was impecable. We love the holistic preservation of the mountains surrounded by herbs and botanical garden alongside the rosds between the houses and villas. The villa with the pool is worth every penny if you want to have some privacy without having to share space with others in the common pool area, which is also a great place to relax in!

The venue and property was spectacular. The views were like none other. The service was terrible!! I ordered champagne to be sent over to a group of friends on several different times one evening and it were never received. On the same evening, I ordered a glass of wine and waited more than thirty minutes for it and had to continuously ask for it. I wish I could say that the lack of service was because the bar/ restaurant was busy, but that was not the case. I was the only person in the bar and the party I was attempting to send over drinks to were the only ones on patio. The next morning, I ordered a coffee in lounge area at 10 am. I was told I needed to order at pool with outside server. What they neglected to tell me that the person who tends to the bar, did not start until noon. At which point I went to the main desk and asked to speak to the manager. Upon listening to my experiences, the manager simply stated that they servers must have been busy. When I assured him that they were not as I was the only one in the lounge, he failed to offer to send the champagne to the party nor did he offer any apologizes. I spent a lot of money to be treated so poorly. Would not go back or recommend this hotel. To bad because the property is spectacular.

décevant, j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour "ses engagements écologiques", il y avait un parfum trop fort à l'accueil et de plus la climatisation le renvoyait dehors! pourquoi 2 piscines? cet endroit n'est pas aux normes des vrais établissements éco responsables, le restaurant n'est pas extraordinaire et il est cher, je ne retournerai pas dans cet endroit, en revanche le cadre est trés beau

Unglaubliches schönes Hotel mit super Aussicht!

Ein super schönes Hotel. Modern, viel Platz. Restaurant schön und gutes Essen. Alle Mitarbeiter super Nett. Das Zimmer mit dem Pool war unglaublich. Jemanden hat geschrieben , es war es Wert. Darum habe ich auch 2 Nächte mit Pool gebucht und Ja, es war es wert. Grosse Terasse für dich Allein und das Aussicht war unglaublich. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für das super Erlebnis!
