"This is a basic resort that you definitely get what you paid for. With only one pool in the resort for all the guests you can expect to find a lot of dirt, hair and other items floating. Our AC in the room also leaked water all over our luggage and got a lot of items wet. It took maintenance over 2 hours to get our room to attempt to fix the AC (which he did not) and instead just poured more dirty water over clothes we had drying on a chair. When we requested to speak to a manager no manager was available at night time, when we asked about possibly getting the clothes washed or dried, we were given many ifs and unknowns. The entertainment was actually pretty good but the food was just okay with at night time having no real options or variety. The beach was clean though and was overall nice. We will definitely not be back though, definitely not worth it."

"-NO BEER in the “mini bar”. You have to buy it at the store! $7.00 US dollars a bottle! -No hot water in the shower. -my swim up room pool very dirty, no matter how many times they cleaned it. Full of grass and bugs. -no cream for coffee -the buffet is very small and most food is cold. -if you’re a Solo Traveler like me, don’t expect to be waited on. -there is NO beach bar. -the only TV station that is not in Spanish is CNN. -the staff is very loud. Yelling to each other no matter what time it is. -it’s like you’re in a tunnel, you can hear everything and everyone. -the ocean view is only if you’re standing up or by the fence. -the check in was very non-personal."

"Mi experiencia fue muy mala. Al llegar al hotel intentaron cobrarme una tarifa adicional por mi hija menor de edad únicamente porque es alta y aparenta más edad. A pesar de que es una menor, insistían en cobrarla como si fuera un adulto, lo cual me pareció injusto y poco profesional. Además, la comida fue de muy mala calidad y el trato de varios empleados fue grosero y poco amable. En lugar de ayudar a resolver la situación, solo hicieron que la experiencia fuera más incómoda. Lo más decepcionante fue que reservé a través de Expedia y no recibí ninguna ayuda efectiva para solucionar el problema. Me sentí completamente desamparada tanto por el hotel como por la plataforma de reservas. Definitivamente no recomendaría este hotel y no volvería a hospedarme allí."
