Excellent hotel. Room was very nice. Public bath was also nice (tattoos were fine). All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very close to train station. Convenience store attached to hotel. Starbucks next door. Loved our stay there. Would go there again.

we love this places much. The location is at a train station very convenient and quiet, clean, roomy and great breakfast. We will come back and stay here again.

It was a lovely, new hotel. A train stop is very close. It was so peaceful and quiet with a lovely park across the street. It was a 20 minute walk to the main Kyoto train station but through the park made it nice.

Clean, location next to park, aquarium and train station. However, fining options are very limited in the area, one has to walk or ride one stop to Kyoto main station. No fitness facilities in the hotel. Breakfast is not up to 4 star hotel, selection is very limited. Poor indication of gluten free options. A lot of food that you would assume to be free of wheat actually marked as containing gluten - like an omelet or bacon?

Very nice rooms, super convenient walk to a train station. The onsen is relaxing after a day of walking around to all the sights. Friendly, helpful staff. I'm glad we stayed here.

Lip gloss and earplugs were missing
The hotel is in a very good location which's mins away from the train station, but keep in mind that the train only comes every 20 mins. Overall stay was pleasant, however on the last night when we came back to the hotel we found out that: 1. my clarins lip gloss (worth sgd 41) was missing and it was only used a few times; 2. my friend's brand new earplugs were also missing. I called the front desk and was informed they would give me an answer by 8am the next day however there was no answer heard. So during the check out, I asked about the incident again, unfortunately the front desk staff's English was too bad and he couldn't understand us much and he only told me the cleaning staff had looked through the garbage but there was no lip gloss found that was all. Was upset that the lip gloss was missing and I'd question the security of the hotel, also I really hope the front desk staff can have better English skills if you're open for international guests.

Very comfortable and best hotel I stayed in
Hands down the best place my friends and i stayed during our 2-week travel. It is close to a train station and other transportations are easily accessible too. There is a big and nice park nearby for a relaxing walk. Convenient store is right by first floor. Nice and clean public bath. Great room cleaning services. A single toilet space. The sink and shower/bathtub were another space. Having this avoided any heavy traffic if you are traveling with several people. They provided water bottles everyday after cleaning too. The curtain covers outside lights pretty well. We slept in because how comfortable the room was and we couldn't tell if it was day from the curtains.

Appreciated the top 6th floor overlooking Kyoto Tower with Umekoji park view on my right and the children play downstairs at elementary school grounds too! The convenience store and Starbucks next by also!

とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 鉄道博物館すぐだし、駅も近い。 滑り台とかある公園が目の前なのも嬉しい。 子連れにピッタリ！ ただ一点、食事は浴衣ngで私服でないとダメなのが面倒でした。 それ以外はパーフェクト！
