It was like staying in the nightclub. The loud house music starts and resonates throughout the resort from 11am in the morning until late at night. The worse day is the Sunday as they hosts a live DJ which turns the hotel into a night club. I had to almost 'threaten' the staff to bring the music down after 4 hours of arguments. I will never stay here.
HSK doesn't service the room on time, also they are very loud on the corridor. The rooms very small, and walls are paper thin, so you will hear everything even HSK staff chatting around. HSK forgot to refill the body wash, and other items so that I had to call up to service room again.
