Clean and friendly place to rest

One of the many trips to this hotel. Staff is friendly and dillingent. Rooms are clean and quiet. Spa and gym are OK. I wish that there will be more vegan options for breakfast.

Barely okayish

The hotel looks a bit like an outdated 90's cruise ship. There have been updates but basically too much bling bling. Had a premium room, which looked like a standard room with lake view. Glass wall inn the shower was dirty and during the whole stay (4 nights) there was no proper cleaning. No new coffee cups, no clean wine glasses. Breakfast was okayish, don't know how do they do their bacon but those felt more like beef jerky. Otherwise not too busy. Felt disappointed and probably looking for another hotel for my next visit.

Hotel ubicado a 10-15’ caminando del centro. Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. Fuimos con un perrito y le trataron como un rey! El desayuno no está mal, pero tampoco es el mejor que hemos probado. El personal de recepción super agradable.

Pieni pettymys uudelleenvierailulla

Aamiainen maistui kauniissa järvimaisemassa. Kesällä tarjotut kalavaihtoehdot leikkelepöydässä olivat vaihtuneet maksapateeseen. Se harmitti. Hotellihuone oli siisti, mutta en tiennyt varausta tehdessä ettei huoneessa ole vedenkeitintä ja teepusseja. Veden laatu oli edelleen yhtä huono. Kloori maistui hyvin voimakkaasti. Tämä tuntuu järvien keskellä kummalliselta. Myös parkkeeraamisesta hotellin ruutuihin oli yllättäen tullut maksullista. 10 e yö on aika paljon. Tätä ei infottu ulkona millään tavalla. Vanhana vieraana ajoin ruutuun ja vasta tiskillä selvisi että siitä maksettava. Myös reseptionisti oli tästä pahoillaan vaikka ei sitä sanoin ilmaissut. Ensi kerralla yöpyessäni Kuopiossa joudun kullä harkitsemaan hotellin vaihtoa. Toisaalta aamupalan vuoksi voisin tullakin. Se oli hyvä.

Hyvä paikka hotellille, josta pääsee suoraan rannalle. Kaupungin keskustaan ihan kohtuullinen matka kävellä ja vanhan kaupungin talojen takia se kannattaakin. Hotellin huone oli oikein toimiva ja ehkä jonkinlainen yleiset asiat pahvilappu olisi pöydällä ihan jees. Esim. Ne aamupalajat, saunat ja kuntosalit.
