Convenient location, just 3 mins walk to the shopping street with many restaurants options. The tatami room is very nice! Parking is not quite friendly as it doesn’t allow to drive out once we parked, so please take this into consideration when you book this.

Very dirty, the first room they gave me had a terrible mold odor in the bathroom, not to mention the mold stains. The second room they gave me was a little bit better (no odor) but the shower curtain was completely moldy

トータルで素晴らしい。細かなところまで気配りが効いている。近くのレイ東急、新市街東横イン、コンフォート熊本、そしてここマイステイとこの3ヶ月ほどで泊まったが総合的にこのホテルが一番。あえて欲を言えば、朝食の際スタッフが神経質に会場を歩きまわって食材を整頓したり机の上を拭いたりせず落ち着いて見守った方が良い。客は落ち着いて食事できる。あとユニットバスに上がるのに一般的なユニットバスより段差が高いので注意の一言を目に付くところに書いておいてもよいのでは❓
