This time is family trip and the selling point they have their own parking next to the hotel. The room really good. Will visit again when travel to Japan

Room cleanliness was good. However, the hotel has switched from aircon to warmer mode too early. As the winter was delayed, the enclosed room was warm even by just turning on the fan. Despite feedback to the hotel, the only solution they had was providing cooler fan that didn't solve the problem. Such act demonstrates the lack of sensitivity to the needs of the customers.

Roughly a 15minutes walk to Kumamoto station. The area around the hotel is generally quiet. Ample of parking space for those driving. Hotel room is clean and staffs are friendly

The place was clean and well kept. However, the hotel was too early to switch to heater mode from aircon despite the late arrival of winter. As a result, my family had to endure the comfort of the warmth in the enclosed room without the cool of aircon. We were dismayed by the hotel's decision of not switching back to the aircon inspite of the feedback. Instead the hotel chose to provide us with air cooler which is a show of lack in hotel's service quality.

Checkin took quite a while and loosing ur keycard is quite a hassle for the personal. The rooms were big for japanese standards and the whole building is very clean and well maintained. Would still recommend.
