"Clean, friendly staff, great location"

"Great location near shops and good metro line. Good value for money. kitchen could be better stocked with dishes as there was only bowls. Also I found the apt very dark. There was no window in the living area and kitchen. Hence only natural light in bedroom and the curtains were not effective to block light in morning. I would recommend getting a unit where you can open the balcony window for fresh air. We weren’t allowed to open the one window balcony. Also the furniture is very sparse. A bedside table is a must. There was none and the light is very poor in the bedroom and living area. There was no reading light. Simple steps could be taken to add more lighting and a night table would improve the quality of the apt. "

"I stayed for 2 weeks and really loved the hotel. Perfect location for that more quiet neighbourhood vibe and easy access to train lines. Every member of staff were kind and welcoming. My room had a great view of the city skyline and looked amazing during the night seeing the toyko tower all lit up in the distance.I can't wait to come back and plan to stay again in March 2028"

"room is not so spcious but very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Onsen(public bath) is available morning and night which is a great amenity. However, they charge the early check-in, even an hour early like 2500 yen, two hours early - 7500 yen. I asked about a couple of hours late check-out, they will charge for late check-out over 20,000 yen. I was a bit disappointed about 'no flexibility'"

"Very close to shops and train station- great location Rooms spacious and tidy Check in process was horrible, no one was there to help check in and after a full day travelling we wanted to check into room this was at 6pm. Finally someone came to help after 30mins and asking a stranger to ring the phone number, not sure if this would happened if it was midnight .. "

"I really liked this hotel! The building and rooms were very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery, plates, a sharp knife, a pot and a pan. Having a washing machine with detergent provided was a huge plus. I also liked the 3-part bathroom with the advanced ventilation settings. It was perfect for drying clothes after washing. The location is great with many stores nearby and it's only a short walk to the train stations. Check-in and check-out were easy: you just use the tablet in the lobby to connect with an operator and give your 8-digit code. (I also received a 4-digit code and a different manual, so don't let that confuse you!) The hotel also provides a very helpful document on how to get there from the airport. If you have the chance, make sure to walk to the river - the scenery is amazing! I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pulitzer Jiyugaoka Tokyo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is absolutely perfect — set in a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of charming cafés and places to explore right on the doorstep. It’s also just a short, easy walk to the railway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and it was a real bonus that they spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless. Our room was impressively spacious for Tokyo and had all the amenities you’d expect, making it very comfortable and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, a brilliant hotel in a great location — we would definitely stay here again."
