"This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. "Although it was an unmanned apartment-style hotel with no front desk, the location was excellent, the room was spacious, and the facilities were well-equipped. The staff was also very kind and helpful. They kindly assisted us when our arrival in Japan was delayed due to a typhoon. We definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you very much."
