We take all complaints very seriously, and I want to assure you that we have procedures and standards in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. In our hotel, we do accommodate 2 specific floors for smoking rooms. In other floors, it is quite hard for us to making sure the guest follows the rules for nonsmoking room. Despite of that, we did take extra measures to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible by making sure before you enter the room, we spray the room with room deodorizer and followed by room air freshener.
