I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally we are allowed to check in at 15:00. Hallway is very hot, no aircon. Room is dirty as if it is an abandoned apartment. No soap provided, cutlery dirty, and so on.. First and last ever to stay in this place.

シャワーのお湯が出ない。室内の鍵が壊れている。清掃が不十分で埃がたくさん。 タオルの交換もこちらから言わないとしてくれない。 洗濯機はあるが、乾燥機は使っても全然乾かない。 鍵が1つしかありません。 電波も悪くて、Wi-Fiもほとんどつながりません。 日本人には特にお勧めしません。
