The receptionist was rude. The room was not as expected, as the receptionist said they don't have any more room eventhough we have already paid. The room given is next building, not even T -Hotel.Then next day we complaint and insisted to get a better room. Then he gave us. We won't come again.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategik..jalan kaki hanya 200m dari sogo..bilik yang luas (deluxe) dengan kelengkapan yang cukup termasuk mini fridge..seterika disediakan di luar..servis yang bagus walaupun malam..saya hanya ada masalah lipas kecil tapi masih boleh ditangani..beli spray serangga sendiri..setel..keseluruhan berpuas hati:)

The hotel room are spacious and good for family vacation. The locality is good. However, there was no mineral water provided and only certain room is provided with small fridge. No extra pillow is provided.

Strategic place.

T Hotel one of the strategic hotel at Jalan TAR because close to Saturday Night Market and Sogo Mall. Unfortunately, parking car not provided by hotel due lack of space in that area. Overall this hotel is quite good and comfortable.
