Hotel location is great s it is close to my business meeting spot. The room is clean and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the TV channel selection is very limited, as most English channels do not have signals and are therefore unavailable, and only Malay channels can be shown, which is useless to me as I cannot understand the language.

The location was okay. Within walking distance to shopping malls like the Pavillion etc. A little out of the way if you like to get a decent coffee in the morning etc. I found the room cleaning a little annoying for supplying toilet paper. I don’t use lots of toilet paper it’s more the quality of toilet paper is low and the rolls are very loosely packed so they don’t last long. We were forever having to ask for a roll of toilet paper as they would never leave a spare roll. I know it’s a strange thing to comment on but these things are a necessity so it can be annoying! Other than that the stay was good. I would probably stay somewhere else with a better pool and outlook that you lounge around too.

Our family stayed at Grand Mercure for 4 nights last week. Good experience overall. I opted for their breakfast buffet for all 4 days and it's totally worth it. They had quite a variety in the food and we loved it. We used the pool on one occasion and it was decent. Both the shower rooms were out of Body wash. They could do better in this area. Room service could be improved a little bit as well. We had to call the reception and request room service. But like I said good experience overall and I would recommend the place for anyone. Especially for the location - Jalan Alor food Street is walkable and Berjaya Times Square is only few minutes away.

Staffs was polite and is approachable . Room was big and clean and provided the necessary essentials in the room such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush etc WiFi was abit annoying as you have to log in everyday if you are not a member to the hotel chain. There are convenient stores which are open 24hrs so that was handy.

I have rated it OK based on sone not so pleasant experiences. Romm was very karge but nit adequately furnished. Primarily, very dark with hardly any lights. Area with mirror has absolutely no light and all LED lights very dim. Breakfast experience was terrible. Variety if foid but extremely poir setvice. Ckean dishes not available, no refills done, tea/coffee machibes run out of beans and no refills. Requested front desk to print our boarding passes. They said to send them at their email address. Sent them three times and they still never printed. New staff came and said to send again. Location very good and conveniently close to all toyrist places.

Even though hotel says Bukit Bintag it’s a little further away. Breakfast was ok and rooms were not great and the sofa in the room was a bit dirty. Rooms were very small. Staff didn’t show care and smile is not there. Wonder why these hotels can’t train their staff to smile and show genuine hospitality concern. Stayed for a night so can’t complain too much
