Room 212 condition is bad and the bed sheet is dirty got dust on it like long time never clear. Aside from that air con leaking too. Staff are good and polite. Room cleaning need to be improve.

Just if you had to and no choice at all then you may proceed to book. 1. Staff- very unwelcoming, the man was just playing with phone and the girl didn’t smile at all and ask for guest details and took so long to key in data. Customer service 0. Didnt greet guest. 2. Facilities-poor. Bedsheets have black stain, smelly, old 3. Cockroaches everywhere in the room 4. The stairs alley to lift very smelly 5. They gave us towels inside bags on check in but we didnt hear to give them back at the lobby once check out. The request wasn’t clear and not written anywhere in check in instructions. 6. Iron outside room at the alley shared with others 7. We paid MYR 400 for 2 nights and it’s so unacceptable with the price with the experience we had. Conclusion- check the reviews, and if you really dont have anywhere to stay in puchong then you may. Next time we will just choose somewhere more comfortable even further from our event. Bad experience. Stay because all other hotels walk in are full that night. If not we will just walk away.

Bed was not made and used by previous customer

When I opened the room, to my horror it looks like someone is in the room. The bedsheet was not cleaned and made up. Water heater temperature control can’t be adjusted. Bed sheet and mattress looked old and worn out. Nothing impressed me.

Budget stay, strategic location

During our stay, the other guests from the connecting room were so noisy throughtout the night and affected the quality of sleep. TV is very small, and bad connections for the TV channels, we were only able to watch one single channel with clear display. Mattress could be more comfortable. Bath towel were slightly torned.

This is a budget hotel.don't expect to much. The room quite be okay for budget couple. The hotel provided you a small TV and free Wifi. beside the hotel have a mamak stall and you can enjoy your EPL football at the night.

Not recommended for business because it is very difficult even to look for a taxi. Train service not available until at least another 3 years.

There is no public transport or taxi available at the hotel very inconvenience. We got to walk all the way from hotel to Setia Walk.
