Spacious, comfortable room and bed. Great big desk to work at. I would stay again for business. I waited a very long time to check in because staff at reception let people push in front of me, which was stressful. But the staff were otherwise very nice and helpful. Good little gym, nice big pool.

We were upgraded to a suite by the events coordinator. The space was ample , with a kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a tub, and a large balcony with seating. All the furniture was comfortable, but the room was somewhat dated. The restaurant was terrific, and breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were beatiful and quite grand. However the guest rooms could use some updating.

Great hotel not far from Petronas Towers

Great hotel just a short walk from Petronas towers and the nearest MRT station. Room was great for the price we paid. Lots of space and a big bathroom. The pool at the hotel was fantastic and breakfast was really good.

Nice hotel and very friendly and service minded staff. The breakfast is amazing and won an award last year. Nice big rooms. The rooms are a bit aged and could use a facelift to make it a 5* experience.

The hotel is on a good location, within walking distance to most places, for example it is very close to the Pavilion shopping mall. The hotel breakfast is amazing. But the hotel is kind of old. However it was still quite clean. And the staff was very friendly.

Great Hotel and wonderful staff, but recently they stop serving alcohol. It clearly suits their predominantly Muslim Clientele, but as westerner it was disappointing for me.

Great hotel

Great hotel, opposite Conlay station so easy to get around KL. Room was large with large bathroom. Breakfast was a very extensive buffet. All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Got there late on our first date so had a meal and a few beers in their club room which was reasonably priced and very tasty. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel full of friendly and attentive staff. The facilities are a bit dated but in good working order. The location is not ideal for those who want to walk to shops or public transport as it is about 10 to 15 minutes walking away from other restaurants or shops. But in good weather the walk is pleasant though some might find it a bit intimidating after dark (I encountered no issues).

A wonderful experience. Our third time here. Reasonably priced, excellent food and service, especially the staff at the Heritage Club for our Valentine celebration. Chef Melvin and Manager Daniel saw to every detail to make our evening run smoothly and deliciously. The breakfast staff was right there at our service; they were very courteous and helpful, which made our breakfast experience very enjoyable and relaxed. Our credit to management for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and genuine service. Bravo!
