Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

Rooms were really nice, hotel staff friendly, pool and gym very nice, as well as restaurant, however the pool and gym security staff could make one feel quite uncomfortable as they would hover around and probably over control the area. A lighter touch and perhaps more education as to western cultures around pools and gyms would help. Some of the security staff were more friendly than others. A smile and some knowledge of other cultures can go a long way. Room service staff were very friendly too, as well as polite. Would stay here again. If not for security staff and also some maintenance needed around the pool deck area would have given 5 stars.

Really nice apartment, and the view was just amazing from the 50th floor. With 3 young kids the space was just perfect. Only thing is the lift could take a little longer to get there. 4 lifts and it’s a very busy place. The service from the host was really good as well. They would reply to your messages quickly and get the job done. Can’t really complain about anything. I wouldn’t mind staying here again. The area is right in the centre of KL, so most places are within walking distance.

The place is great! Spacious rooms and living rooms, nice views. The amenities including the pool and gym are amazing and have fantastic views. Did not like how there was not service at the pool. But they do have a restaurant up there too. Very overprices though, spent over $100 on dinner for 2.

There is no front desk receptionist so you have to contact the agent through WhatsApp to await for check in. This was the only inconvenience as if you needed anything you had to wait for their response. The pool and other facilities were clean and well maintained. The elevator was also another issue as you may have to wait over 10 minutes to get on as there were so many people. The location is convenient and overall the stay was good.

The size of the room and the view from the room are like penthouses, and the rooftop pool is also available, so I think it is a facility that can be satisfied with family trips. However, I felt that the upholstered sofas were conspicuously dirty, and that the small insects (large enough to be invisible unless you look closely) in the dining room and living room were not completely exterminated.

Lovely luxury apartment in the heart of KL. 3 minutes walk from Bukit Nanas monorail station, and many exciting shops in the area. Visitors should be reminded that this is not a traditional full service hotel, but a “serviced residence.” You will not be greeted upon arrival like at a hotel, but be simply be handed the key to your room like an Airbnb property - may feel a little odd if you are not accustomed to this style. But once you are connected in WhatsApp or WeChat to the service team, they are super helpful and prompt at all times! You may find discounts for longer stays. I stayed here for a week. Property itself is getting only slightly old, but still brilliant and luxurious with excellent view of the city from the rooftop. May not quite be the Marina Bay Sands, but darn close! Will certainly stay again.

Beware! This is a subleased rental. When you get to the lobby, you will need to call them and wait for them to show up for you to be able to check in and get keys to your room. This can be very inconvenient. The room itself is spacious and the views are very nice! The overall experience is not the best. There is no room service, the pool is very crowded at all times of the day, and the check in process may be difficult.

This is an Airbnb, not a hotel, located in a luxurious building shared with other entities. Nobody representing my rental. The reception in the building emphasized that ours was private and refused to get involved. We were given a key later by a representative that eventually showed up, without much explanation, not being told that there were two symmetrical wings with similar numbers. We ended up opening the door of an apartment with a family inside. Horrible experience. The apartment itself was large, elegant and comfortable. It only contained two plates, two glasses, two sets of silverware, a single frying pan and a small cooking pan, nothing else. No glass in the bathroom, no paper or cloth towel to clean in the kitchen. I cannot recommend this place as it is.

Good location with easy access to MRT, walking distance to the twin towers. Nice view from the roof top pool, but the water was freezing which made it not pleasing to swim in. After a long flight arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 30 mins in the lobby for the person to bring our keys. We ordered an extra bed as we are a family of 5 but were given 2 double beds. Once we complained, they said they could not do anything until the next day once someone else checks out. There were ants all over the rooms.. on the last night they came up on my sons bed and couldn’t use that bed because it was full of ants. House keeping only came once every second day and that’s only because we kept asking for it. Though it states on their website that they have daily house keeping. Lifts were extremely slow and sometimes not fully functional as out of the 4 lifts only 2 were working and not enough for the amount of people. The airconditioning in the bedroom was not cooling and just blowing warm air. Shower and bathroom had not been cleaned at all as there were dirty remains from previous tenants. If you like to sleep in on your holiday- forget it as you will be woken up from chanting on loud speakers for the morning prayers which starts from 5.45am every morning for some time.. And this happens 5 times a day. Through till 9pm

I picked out this property because it was the best bang for the buck that I was looking to spend for our visit to KL. The suite is huge. I know it can be an apartment to live in permanently, but there's so much storage everywhere that one won't even know what to do with all of it. The views are the best being at the 35th floor with floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom areas. Even better is that the wall between these areas can open and with open shades, this brings in a lot of natural light into the suite. There's no balcony, but all good. The staff that takes care of the apartment is great and responsive, but one thing to note, be very mindful about when you're checking in. We arrived into KL at around 8am in the morning, but the suite could not be ready until almost 3pm. Be sure to make any arrangements necessary to avoid being stranded before check-in, especially when traveling with small children. In this case, I wish I had booked the night before. Overall, the suite really made the stay at KL amazing. Thank you!
